I mentioned before that I am part of a group doing our own version of the Biggest Loser. I haven't done much the first couple of weeks since I had family in town and was studying for my final, but am going to start hitting the track this week.
One of the other members in the group told us about a really cool, and free website. It lets you log your food online and it will automatically compute all the nutritional facts and your daily caloric intake. It also has a lot of information about nutrition and exercise too.
