Vermont

I went to Stowe this weekend just to get away. I was so excited for a 3 day weekend to read, write my paper for my class, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel I stayed at was pretty cheap, but I was at least expecting to be able to plug in my laptop! Turns out they didn't have any 3-pronged outlets. I ended up cutting my trip short and coming home yesterday. It turned out for the best as I was able to focus on my paper today and get it done. If you're up in Stowe, just don't stay at the Riverside Inn--no cable, no outlets in the bathroom, and no 3-pronged outlets in the place.

I did manage to get some relaxing time in and get some really nice shots of the foliage. It was so beautiful up there. The best foliage was on the ride home, but I was on the freeway and couldn't stop to take a picture.

What beautiful pictures. Montana doesn't have such pretty trees. The leaves turn colors in one week, fall off the next week, and then it snows.
Also, did you know that there are outlet converters to make a two prong outlet to a three prong outlet? Just an idea, to maybe buy one and keep it in your suitcase.
When we stayed in a cabin in remote Montana once it came in real handy. Another time, we just asked the front desk and they had one for us to use. Better luck next time!

What beautiful trees. I just love autumn. You have more reds there, we mostly just have yellow in Colorado.
