Due to a storm that dumped over 6" of snow overnight, we had a snow day today. Since our church starts at 9:00, I had to get up early to give me time to shovel out my car if church was not cancelled. As soon as I found out it was cancelled I went back to bed.Favorite treats of the day:
Pot roast dinner from my favorite grille. I picked it up last night and saved 1/2 for dinner today.
Hot chocolate with Girl Scout Thin Mint icecream added.
Yum!

That really does look good. I wish I could cook my roasts like that. My mom can.
Snow days are the best days! It's 6pm and I'm still in my pajamas.
Yum, that hot chocolate and thin mine ice cream combo sounds like a winner! I didn't even know they made that flavor of ice cream.
