Exercise

Now that the weather is cooperating my "walk to weight loss" program is finally starting. It feels great to walk--just wish I could have started back in June. Darn rain!

Good job! I actually like to walk in the rain. Typically walk in flip-flops and a rain jacket. It lets you get in touch with your inner kid and puddle stomp :)

Puddle-stomping is fun! But as my walking is part of my commute (choosing to walk rather than take the subway) I don't think my boss would appreciate me coming into work all wet!
