yesterday I decided to go cold turkey and cut out all sweets from my diet to lose weight. The extra pounds came on by eating sweets, so they must come off by not eating sweets. I have a big sweet tooth, so this will be difficult for me. Any suggestions about healthy foods that are sweet, such as grapes and strawberries?

I like peanut butter sandwiches made with whole wheat bread, real peanut butter (or better yet, almond butter) and apple slices, washed down with a glass of skim milk. I also put apple slices on turkey or ham sandwiches to sweeten things up.
My daughter eats very limited sugar. She is a big label reader. She only buys foods that have 6 grams or less of sugar. She doesn't limit her self on foods that have natural sugar: grapes, strawberries, ect. She has been doing this over a year and looks great. I need to be better but I do love sweets! Good luck!
Oooooh - that my downfall, too! Kiwi, Blueberries, oh I don't know. Good Luck!
I love that if you scroll down you have a picture of some monster cupcakes and then a post saying No More Sweets!
I don't have a sweet tooth but I love the salty stuff.
You should try sugar free Jello cups. I love them because you get that sweet taste and not a lot of sugar. They also have sugar free pudding and rice cups. For an added bonus try lite whipped cream on top.
