I haven't read this book, but I did listen to this talk today by the author, Greg Mortenson, at a BYU forum. It's available in video format. It was very uplifting. I highly recommend it (and I'll track down a copy of the book to read).

Actually, this just seems to be a clip. I can't find the whole talk. But you can find it at itunes and download it for free. That's where I got it.
It is an awesome book. I loved it. It deffinetly made me want to help out and made me wonder why people like him who have success where our govt fail aren't at least consulted.
My friend just recommended it, but I didn't know the author, so thanks. It is on my list.
