I had pancakes for breakfast this morning and they reminded me of some MANhole pancakes one of my friends made a few weeks ago. He was in charge of the pancakes and, instead of making several small pancakes, he separated the mix into 2 pancakes, which were huge. I didn't think he'd be able to flip them, but he did just fine. Here is a picture--they were yummy!

Oh my goodness, I LOVE pancakes (I think it's genetic- my dad has eaten them for breakfast every morning since before I can remember). That looks so good, we might just have a change of menu tonight for dinner.
