I was up in Vermont this weekend and I definitely picked the wrong weekend to go away! Our ward was split today and I am now part of another ward. I think I'm still a little bit in shock. The bishop of the other ward was there today and all the people being moved over to his ward got to talk to him--except for me b/c I wasn't there. Wow--big changes! Most of the families that are being switched over have older children, so the YM and YW took a big hit. The Primary teachers took a big hit too, as many of the teachers in the Primary are now part of the new ward. I was actually supposed to be sustained today as part of the new Primary Presidency in my (old) ward, but that didn't happen! I'm ok with this change, but I will really miss seeing my friends every Sunday!

You were one of the first people I thought of when they announced the change. We're sure going to miss having you in the ward (but of course we'll still see you around)!
