A few thoughts on the election

I was talking to one of my sisters tonight. She's the sole Obama supporter in our family. Her 4 year old daughter M has really gotten into this election and is a staunch Obama supporter. M's picked up all kinds of funny things from who knows where (like Obama says please and thank you, and McCain doesn't-- my sister thinks she maybe got that from a debate if McCain forgot to say thank you to the moderator).

Please get out and vote tomorrow, whomever you vote for. Please also be tolerant of those around you who have different ideas and voted differently than you did. If you sincerely want to understand why they voted that way, ask them and be a good listener--you might just learn something!

Curious as to why the 4 year old is the only Obama suppoter in your family. Looks like she's on to something. Also, the cookie recipe looks great.

Funny..you have two sisters who are voting differently, but they are both haveing election parties. I think it is great to celebrate our right to vote.
