My very own bean pot

Several years ago, my Aunt Melody gave me a little Boston bean pot as a thank you for showing her and her friend around Boston when they were out here for business. I often fill it with the Boston Baked Beans candy.

Last Sunday, the LaP family gave me my very own bean pot to make real New England baked beans. I haven't tried it out yet, but will soon! You soak the beans overnight, and then let them cook in the oven inside the bean pot for several hours. I've had the resulting baked beans at the LaP's--yummy!
