I received chard this week! I haven't had it since I was a kid, but I remember growing it in our garden in Utah and that I really liked it. The raspberries will be really good with ice cream. Broccoli, lettuce and tomatoes are also good. I have decided I don't like garlic scapes. Although I like garlic, I just can't find a good combination of garlic scapes and food.

I am so jealous!
I sprinkled some over my cream sauce pasta last night, like scallions. Not bad.
I've heard people use them like scallions or chives, but to me, they taste like garlic. In my opinion, garlic (and garlic scapes) belong only in tomato sauce and garlic bread.
