CSA

I picked up CSA again. I forgot to take a picture but I got tomatoes, potatoes, basil, corn, raspberries and onions.


I had a tomato today just the way I like it--eaten like an apple over the sink with a salt shaker nearby.

Yummmmmmmmm! Is CSA like a Co-op?

I'm not sure what a co-op is, so not sure. CSA stands for community supported agriculture. We pay a set amount in the spring, and then get fresh produce once a week all summer and into the fall.
