Harvard Square

You never know what you will find in Harvard Square. I stopped by here yesterday to pick up a book on special order (story for another blog) and stop by the library. I picked up some books at the library on such varied topics as the colonial family, King Philip's War, and witchcraft in colonial America. The plan is to browse through them to come up with ideas for lectures and, if I get lucky, a thesis topic. Walking back to the subway, loaded down with books, I came across this character. The picture is kinda small b/c I took it on my cell phone, but this is a music machine. He drew quite a crowd--and not for his singing abilities.
