My mom and Aunt Marilyn July 2010
My great-aunt Marilyn passed away peacefully today. I am so glad that I planned a trip to to see her last year with my mom. I also saw my grandfather on that trip. My mom is named after Aunt Marilyn and they have always been close. I have been close with her too, tied together with our interest in genealogy. She will be missed but she is now with her family on the other side and I'm sure she is having a wonderful reunion. As far as I know, all of her children were present in her last few days and able to spend time with her.
