Fun in Boston

Last night I met up with Ei and saw the Tall Ships at the Navy Yard in Charlestown. We took a ferry to Boston and walked to the Hatch Shell for the Friday Night movie and saw Kung Fu Panda. It was such a great night to be out--I think almost everyone was out because the sun was out (a rare event in Boston this summer). I love that Boston is such a walkable city.

Today I met up with friends for lunch at The Neighborhood Restaurant in Somerville. We ate outside under the grape arbor (see link for pictures). The food was awesome and the company was really good too. I ordered a whole wheat waffle drizzled with sweet yogurt and topped with bananas, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Heaven! I really don't like driving in Somerville b/c I always get lost, but that town has so many wonderful restaurants.

That food sounds great. Boston does have some beautiful areas.
