Southwestern food

I was keeping a running list of all the new foods I tried on my trip, but right now can only remember a few.

1) Buffalo hamburger. It was pretty good.
2) Jalapeno peanut brittle. While I probably wouldn't buy any, it was surprisingly good. You couldn't really taste the jalapeno until a few seconds later.
3) chocolate-covered cinnamon bears. I haven't been able to find cinnamon bears out in Boston. They don't know what they're missing. I prefer the plain bears to the chocolate-covered bears.

A few years ago when I was in Montana, I had some rattlesnake. It tasted like chicken.

We make homemade chocolate covered cinnamon bears. With bears shipped from Utah.
