In April I celebrated 7 years of condo ownership and living in my current condo. For the first 7 years I rarely used my balcony because it was so unwelcoming. I didn't take before pictures, but imagine a completely empty balcony, or maybe a camp chair with a chipping cement floor.
This summer I decided to change things up. I absolutely love my balcony now and it is my favorite place to be.
My container garden. I am growing sugar snap peas, peppers, spinach, lettuce, swiss chard, hanging tomatoes and a hanging herb garden. I also have a couple of hanging flower pots.

My view--I love the view out as well as the view over to my container garden. The rug was expensive but worth the investment
