CSA dinner

My CSA produce for this week. Yum! If you can't tell I got lettuce, garlic scapes, cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans and strawberries.
Everything on my dinner plate except the chicken is from the CSA. Fresh green beans aren't my favorite--but the lettuce and tomato were really good. I tried some garlic scapes--but they didn't seem to be good salad fare. I am not sure what to do with them. Any suggestions?

I'm turning mine into a potato salad accent. They are like scallions. You can use them the same way. Nick used some in his spinach saute Tuesday night.

You could use them in a soup or salad or on a sandwich. My dad used to eat small onions with his bread and milk..an old pioneer dish.
Enjoy all that healthy food.
